– can be quite time-consuming.
WMMB has collected many of the more
useful statistics and created a variety of charts and
tables that can help support decision making, be incorporated
into marketing reports, or provide key illustrations
for articles and planning presentations. The charts
below cover cheese production in Wisconsin and the total
U.S., highlight the top states and top cheese varieties
being produced, and illustrate growth in cheese consumption
over the years.
