While a tremendous amount of statistical
data on the U.S. dairy industry is available from a
variety of government sources, finding the data that
interests you and getting it into a useable
format can be quite time-consuming.
WMMB has collected many of the more
useful statistics and created a variety of charts and
tables that can help support decision making, be incorporated
into marketing reports, or provide key illustrations
for articles and planning presentations. The charts
and tables below cover milk production, Wisconsin dairy
farm numbers, and consumption of fluid milk and other
dairy products.
